| Coaching is the process of coming alongside a person or a team of people to help them discover God’s calling for their life and ministry, and then cooperating with the Spirit of God to enable that calling to become a reality. Coaching 101 is day and a half of training in coaching basics. It introduces participants to a coaching process and offers them the opportunity to practice as well as experience a relational style of coaching. Coaching 101 is the first step toward ELCA coaching excellence certification and Natural Church Development coaching. It also has a wide variety of applications in everyday life.
